The first roast of the season always feels special. But, this year, it was even more so the case; I would be having it at Chef's Table, a Michelin recommended restaurant on the Harbourside.
Excited to be child-free, my friend and I arrived at the restaurant - which also has two AA rosettes - early. This meant we had plenty of time to enjoy our drinks but, by 12.15pm, the cosy restaurant was filling up, both with people and with increasingly delicious smells coming out of the kitchen.
