Farah Khan Ali wrote an emotional tribute to her late mother Zarine Khan, wife of actor-filmmaker Sanjay Khan, who died in Mumbai on Friday at the age of 81 due to age-related complications.

Remembering her mother, Farah shared a nostalgic video of Zarine singing the timeless classic “Aaj Jaane Ki Zid Na Karo” on social media.

Paying tribute to her mother’s warmth and spirit, she wrote, “ Aaj jaane ki zid na karo. Yuhi pahloon mein baithe raho To my mother, my soul mate, the woman who touched many lives with her love warmth and shine.”
