Even though they have been ravaged by injuries for the second year in a row, the San Francisco 49ers have somehow found a way to win the majority of their games, at least so far this season. They have a 6-3 record coming into Sunday's showdown against the Los Angeles Rams, and a victory against L.A. would greatly increase their chances of finishing first in the NFC West.

But if the Niners are to actually claim the division title, let alone go far in the playoffs this winter, they will need to get some players back healthy. The player they arguably need the most right now is quarterback Brock Purdy, who has played in only two games this season and has been out since Week 5 due to a toe injury.
