Police have launched a CCTV appeal after hundreds of pounds of stock was stolen from John Lewis.

Officers in Stockport want to speak to the man pictured above in connection with the thefts at the department store in Cheadle . They say a man and a young woman entered the store at Cheadle Royal Retail Park, on Wilmslow Road on October 25 at around at 1.40pm and 'selected multiple items' worth more than £200.

A similar incident also took place in September when stock worth around £150 was taken.

Anyone with information can contact police on 101 or through the GMP website quoting the log number 1728 of October 31.
