Wes Moore, a Democrat, told "Face the Nation with Margaret Brennan" that there has been "intentional chaos" from the Trump administration as it says it cannot fund SNAP benefits amid the shutdown. "They got money for everything but when it's to supporting the people, that's now when they are crying, well, we are broke and that's not what the law requires us to do," Moore said.
