The Buffalo Bills and the Miami Dolphins are set to face off for the second time this season. In the first meeting, Buffalo won 31-21 in a hard-fought contest that was tight throughout. That victory propelled the Bills to a 3-0 start, while that loss sent an already-reeling Miami club to an 0-3 beginning to what has been a disastrous 2025 season.
Since that game, the Dolphins have lost one of their best wideouts, Tyreek Hill, to a lower leg fracture. They have traded away edge rusher Jaelen Phillips, sending the former first-round pick to the Philadelphia Eagles. They have also fired their general manager, Chris Grier, while retaining head coach Mike McDaniel in what looks to be another lost season in South Beach.
