A beloved signature basketball sneaker is set to return for its 30th anniversary next year.

According to Kicks Finder, the Nike Air More Uptempo ’96 will be reissued during the fall 2026 season. As noted in the model name, the boldly branded sneaker was first released in 1996 and was made famous on the NBA court by former Chicago Bulls star Scottie Pippen.

The Air More Uptempo ’96 was the first Nike basketball model to feature full-length visible Air cushioning.
