Amy Dowden has posted a heartfelt update about her cancer battle to her Instagram followers, just days following her second mastectomy.

Earlier this week, Amy disclosed she was undergoing another mastectomy, which ruled her out of participating in any of this year's Strictly live shows.

The 35 year old received her cancer diagnosis in May 2023 after finding a lump in her breast during her honeymoon.

Amy regularly updates her supporters about her cancer experience, and today, she marked a deeply emotional anniversary.
