Hyderabad, Nov 09: The ITS India Forum, led by President Akhilesh Shrivastava, honoured renowned social and mobility activist Umar Bhat alongside former NCT Delhi Deputy Transport Commissioner Anil Chikara and his team at the inaugural ITS India Congress, held at IIT Hyderabad on November 6-7.
