BATAVIA — A tough second half of the season for Batavia carried into sectional play on Friday, with the No. 2 Blue Devils falling 43-14 to No. 3 Honeoye Falls-Lima in the Section V Class B semifinal.

The game was a semifinal and the first postseason game for the two teams, as the Class B bracket features only three teams.
