An entity tracing to Edco Inc acquired property in northwest Gilbert Oct. 14 from an entity tracing to ViaWest Group for $3.59 million with $3.05 million in new debt with Wells Fargo Bank, according to commercial real-estate website vizzda.com.

The adjacent buildings are at 995 N. Fiesta Blvd., Gilbert, and 2020 W. Guadalupe Road, Gilbert. They are 119,554 square feet in two distribution warehouses built 1988 on 7.36 acres zoned light industrial.

The building at 995 N. Fiesta Blvd. has 12 dock doors with rail access.

The buildin at 2020 W. Guadalupe Road has about 13,547 SF building that is 70% office space and 30% evaporative cooled warehouse with seven grade level doors and 16 feet clear height in the warehouse.
