Harper pizza restaurant offering free food to anyone in need

HARPER, Kan. (KAKE) - D'Mario's announced Sunday that it will be continuing its SNAP assistance program.

The restaurant said in a Facebook post that the business will be offering free meals not only to SNAP recipients, but anyone who needs food.
