TAMPA, Fla. — The man who allegedly killed four people and injured 13 early Saturday morning after crashing into a Tampa bar made his first appearance in court Sunday.

Silas Sampson is facing multiple charges, including vehicular homicide.
Police say he crashed into Bradley’s on 7th, where a memorial is set up outside.
President of Pride of Tampa, Daniel Johnson, organized a vigil Saturday night.
He said he’s been thinking about the families of the victims since this happened.
“My heart goes out to them, and I’m so very sorry that this happened,” he said.
