MEMPHIS, Tenn. — Latoshia Daniels, the Arkansas woman accused of fatally shooting a Memphis pastor and injuring his wife, took the stand on her own behalf on the third day of her murder trial.
Daniels is accused of shooting Mississippi Boulevard Baptist Church pastor Brodes Perry to death on April 4, 2019, at his apartment in Collierville. Daniels is also accused of shooting Perry's wife.
Daniels, who was indicted for first-degree murder and attempted murder, reportedly drove several hours from the Little Rock area to Memphis on the night of the shooting.
