Gov. Greg Abbott (R-TX) announced on Sunday that he is running for reelection as Texas governor, in what would be his fourth term should he win in 2026.

Abbott, 67, made the announcement at a “Future of Texas” event in Houston on Sunday evening, where he also unveiled his new campaign slogan, “Let’s Roll!”
