The North Carolina Tar Heels have just one returning player who played meaningful minutes during the 2024-25 college basketball season: Seth Trimble.
Trimble, a senior guard for Hubert Davis' squad, played an integral role in the Tar Heels' first two wins of the 2025-26 season — averaging 14.5 points, 5.0 rebounds and 3.5 assists per game.
Trimble put forth an outstanding defensive effort in North Carolina's win over the Kansas Jayhawks on Friday night, effectively guarding freshman phenom Darryn Peterson.
