When Ben Griffin was 16, he went to all of his tournaments solo. Both his parents were working, and Griffin had a dream of becoming a winner. That went on for a while until he met Dana Myeroff . Since then, no matter the result, the 29-year-old could be assured of a presence behind the ropes. Today, when he bagged his third PGA Tour victory, that presence was beside him. And as Griffin opened his heart out, thanking his fiancée, fans couldn’t help but get emotional.

Talking about Dana’s presence in every match, Griffin said, “Oh, it means everything. It’s so great to have her out here. It’s the world.” He then continues, with his voice shaking, “I am so excited to marry in four weeks. Getting closer, it’s crazy. Three wins and getting married in the same year — it’s hard to beat.”
