UTAH COUNTY, Utah (ABC4) -- A two-vehicle crash on US-189 in Provo Canyon sent four people to the hospital, according to Utah Highway Patrol (UHP).
The crash occurred around 7:18 p.m. Sunday near Khyv Peak Road.
A passenger car traveling northbound on US-189 struck an SUV that was turning onto the highway from Khyv Peak Road.
A total of four people were transported to nearby hospitals.
Traffic is currently open one lane each direction, and UHP advises travelers to expect potential intermittent closures for clean-up and investigation.
