NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — Many Belmont University students were "Jamming for Jill" Sunday night as a way to play it forward to honor their friend who died.
Jillian Ludwig was a Belmont University freshman when she was killed by a stray bullet two years ago while she was out for a jog at Edgehill Park.
Jillian's friends describe her as a well-grounded person, and the life of every party. They said she was an aspiring musician. That is where the idea, "Jams for Jill," started.
This is the second annual fundraiser in her honor, held at Exit/In.
