CHARLOTTE, N.C. — One of the six people who traveled to Mexico with Charlotte woman Shanquella Robinson when she died in 2022 is seeking to have a wrongful death lawsuit dismissed, citing insufficient service of process and other defenses.
E'Mani Green, who previously went by the name Daejhanae Jackson, filed an amended answer on Wednesday in federal court, arguing that the lawsuit should be dismissed for multiple reasons, including Robinson's alleged behavior and Green's claim that she did not participate in any altercation. Green's original answer was filed on June 18 .
