Time capsule opened 50 years after it was buried

ASHTABULA — Lisa Coon had been waiting for this special moment for almost 50 years.

Coon said her mother talked about a family picture buried in a time capsule on the property of the former Farmers National Bank in downtown Ashtabula for decades.
