Bhopal: Deputy Chief Minister Rajendra Shukla visited the Maharaja Martand Singh White Tiger Safari and Zoo, Mukundpur, and inquired about the progress of construction of enclosures for wild animals and the zoo’s facilities. He inspected the walk-in aviary and reptile house.
The Deputy Chief Minister reviewed the layout of the zoo’s new master plan, the DPR for the Tiger Breeding Center, approval from the Central Zoo Authority, New Delhi, and the exchange of wild animals. District Panchayat Forest Committee Chairman Harishkant Tripathi, Divisional Forest Officer Mayank Chandiwal, and the Zoo Director were present during the inspection.
