Four people were killed over a four-day period in crashes on Arkansas highways, according to preliminary Arkansas State Police reports.
On Monday, Nikki Stewart, 30, of Farmington was killed in a three-vehicle collision that occurred at 5:43 p.m. on Arkansas 62, which also injured four other people.
According to the report, a Nissan Pathfinder driven by Wesley Jordan, 77, of Prairie Grove entered the roadway attempting to turn left when a westbound Dodge Ram struck Jordan's vehicle.
The impact sent the truck into the eastbound lane, where it then struck a Toyota Camry driven by Michael Stewart, 35, of Prairie Grove, head on.
Pauletta Jordan, 65, of Prairie Grove, a passenger in Jordan's vehicle, and an unidentified minor in Stewart's vehicle were injured in the crash.
