A magistrate has warned a Nowra man he risks spending the best years of his life in jail after he was caught riding a stolen motorbike while high on ice.
Kenneth James Campbell, 31, of Kalander Street, appeared via audio-visual link at Nowra Local Court on Friday, November 7.
He pleaded guilty to driving a motorbike taken without the owner's consent, without a helmet, while under the influence of drugs, and without a motorbike licence.
Documents tendered to the court said police had been alerted to two unregistered motorbike riders on the road without helmets at about 2.30am on August 28, 2024.
Officers followed Campbell south along the Princes Highway before he turned right onto Bridge Road, where he raised his middle finger at police, and then left onto North Street.
