YOUNGSTOWN Habitat for Humanity of Mahoning Valley dedicated a home located on Landdowne Boulevard to a Youngstown family on Sunday.
A ceremony was held to recognize the family moving in and the volunteers who put in the work.
According to a release outlining the dedication ceremony, the Rodriguez family qualified for the Habitat for Humanity program in 2024.
"We are excited to rehab this home and bring new life into it for the Rodriguez family," said Habitat for Humanity Executive Director David Redig.
Redig continued," This home continues our focus on attainable housing for first time homeowners in the community."
The rehabilitated home includes refinished floors, new windows, a new kitchen and much more.
