US President Donald Trump has issued sweeping pardons to dozens of his close allies who aided his efforts to overturn the 2020 presidential election results, according to a document posted online by Justice Department Pardon Attorney Ed Martin on Sunday night, Politico reported. The list includes several high-profile names central to Trump’s attempts to subvert Joe Biden’s victory, among them Rudy Giuliani, Mark Meadows, John Eastman, Kenneth Chesebro, Sidney Powell, and Boris Epshteyn.
