The Seibu Lions announced Monday that they will officially post Tatsuya Imai this winter. MLB teams will have a 45-day window to negotiate with him. At just 27 years old, Imai has already established himself as one of Japan’s most consistent pitchers.

Tatsuya Imai is coming off a stellar campaign in the NPB, where he put up a 1.92 ERA and 178 strikeouts in 163 innings.
