Ahead of Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah’s visit to Delhi on November 15, the party high command has conveyed that no meeting will be granted, said sources.

Siddaramaiah was slated to travel to the capital and had sought time with senior leaders. However, sources said the high command informed him that there was “no need” for an interaction and no audience would be given at this stage.

The Chief Minister will now travel to Delhi only to attend a book release event before returning to Bengaluru the same day.

The directive, sources added, applies to all Karnataka leaders, with the high command instructing them not to seek appointments in Delhi for now.
