Referring to past grievances, Jaiswal highlighted that under the Lalu Prasad Yadav government, crucial communities, including Scheduled Castes and Tribes, did not receive reservations in the Panchayati Raj system. Reservations were implemented during the tenure of Nitish Kumar, he argued, questioning Tejashwi's stance on constitutional provisions for these classes.
