Bhubaneswar : Renowned music director Abhijit Majumdar is showing signs of improvement and has been shifted to the medicine ward from the ventilator, according to a health bulletin issued by All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), Bhubaneswar.

According to AIIMS, Majumdar was admitted to AIIMS Bhubaneswar on September 4 in a critical condition and was in a coma. He showed slight improvement on September 25 and was shifted from ICU to a general ward. However, he was re-admitted to ICU on October 11 due to health complications and was put on ventilator support. His brain MRI was conducted on October 23, but it didn’t show significant improvement. Currently, his condition is stable, and he has been shifted to the medicine ward.
