There's a big switch up in the forecast this week. It's been well-advertised for at least a week, but it will still come as a shock. We'll get one last day to "bask" in the glow of upper 50s to low 60s before the door slams shut and the cold pours in later Monday evening.
Rain will push through, at times heavy, then taper off Monday afternoon. As the storm departs, the cold will swing in on the heels of a freshening northwest wind.

By Tuesday morning, those wind chills will tumble to the upper teens (!) to low 20s. Gusts will be near 30-40 mph into the afternoon. This will feel every bit of a winter day. With so much unstable air swirling around, we may be able to conjure up a snow shower or passing flurry too!
