Despite facing competition from Haq, starring Emraan Hashmi and Yami Gautam, the film continues to perform steadily. In 10 days, the Paresh Rawal -led film has collected Rs 15.80 crore, earning an estimated Rs 2.15 crore on Sunday alone, according to early figures, as reported by Sachnik.

With De De Pyaar De 2 arriving next week, it will be interesting to see how The Taj Story sustains its momentum. Along with Paresh Rawal, the film features Amruta Khanvilkar, Shishir Sharma, Sneha Wagh and Brijendra Kala, among others and is directed by Tushar Amrish Goel.
