Tenneco Clean Air India Limited’s IPO to open on Nov 12 November 10, 2025

Ahmedabad: Tenneco Clean Air India Limited, shall open the Bid/Offer in relation to its initial public offer of Equity Shares on Wednesday, November 12, 2025, an official statement said.

As per the press release, “the Price Band of the Offer has been fixed at ₹ 378 to ₹ 397 per Equity Share. Bids can be made for a minimum of 37 Equity Shares and in multiples of 37 Equity Shares thereafter. The initial public offer of Equity Shares of face value ₹ 10 per share comprises an Offer for Sale aggregating up to ₹ 36,000 million (₹ 3,600 crore) by Tenneco Mauritius Holdings Limited.”
