HASTINGS, Neb. (KSNB) - The Hastings City Council is set to approve the final plat of the Ponderosa Park Subdivision during Monday night’s meeting.

The project would demolish the former Ponderosa Bowling Alley to make way for three new medical buildings for the nearby Hastings Medical Park.

The former bowling alley closed in 1996 and the City Council approved a conditional use permit to renovate the space in July, 2024.

The final plat of the project was approved by the Hastings City Planning Commission on Oct. 21.

The Hastings City Council meeting will happen Monday night at 6 p.m. at the Hastings Municipal Airport.
