A middle school teacher and soccer coach is charged with having sex with an underage student — who would even spend the night at her house, according to prosecutors.

Jessica Bergmann, a 34-year-old math teacher at Washington Middle School in Aurora, Illinois, was arrested after police received a tip from neighbors last month that a now-17-year-old boy was frequently seen visiting her home, according to court documents obtained by the Daily Herald .

The student “would frequently go to Bergmann’s home, occasionally staying overnight, where the two would engage in sexual intercourse,” according to the DuPage County State’s Attorney’s Office .
