Veteran actor Dharmendra has been admitted to Breach Candy Hospital in Mumbai for the second time in just over a week. The 89-year-old star was previously hospitalized on October 31 for a routine check-up. Reports surfaced on November 10 suggesting he was on a ventilator, but his son Sunny Deol's team has denied these claims, assuring fans that he is recovering well.

A representative stated, "It’s rumour mongering like always, Sir is getting better. He's under observation. There's nothing to worry." Another team member confirmed, "He undergoes a series of tests periodically given his age, and is in the hospital for the same. He is absolutely fine and there’s nothing to be worried about."

Hema Malini, Dharmendra's wife, was seen visiting him at the hospital. When asked about his health, she expressed hope for his speedy recovery.

In addition to health updates, there is curiosity about the couple's financial status. Hema Malini, a successful actress and BJP MP, declared her assets at Rs 129 crore in her election affidavit for the 2024 elections. Her assets include seven luxury cars valued at approximately Rs 61.53 lakh and inherited property worth Rs 2.96 crore.

On the other hand, Dharmendra's net worth is estimated to be between Rs 335 crore and Rs 450 crore. Known as Bollywood's "He-Man," he has had a prolific career spanning over six decades, featuring in more than 300 films. His wealth comes from films, brand endorsements, and real estate investments, including a 100-acre farmhouse in Lonavala and several properties in Mumbai. He is also involved in the hospitality sector.

Fans can look forward to seeing Dharmendra in the upcoming film "Ikkis," where he plays Brigadier M.L. Khetarpal, the father of Second Lieutenant Arun Khetarpal, who was awarded the Param Vir Chakra for his bravery during the Indo-Pakistan War of 1971. The film is set to release on December 25, coinciding with Christmas, and will compete at the box office with another romantic comedy starring Kartik Aaryan and Ananya Panday.
