Wilmington Police are investigating a shooting Sunday night, November 9, 2025, at the intersection of Vandever Avenue and Northeast Boulevard.

Two men sitting in a crossover style vehicle at the intersection were hit by gunfire.

Most of the vehicle's windows were blown out in the shooting.

A 26-year old man was hospitalized in critical condition, and a 23-year old man suffered a less serious gunshot wound and was in stable condition.
