Junior Engineer suspended

Action initiated after irregularities found in road construction

Chandigarh, November 10, 2025: On the directions of Local Government Minister Dr. Ravjot Singh, the services of Junior Engineer Hargobind Singh, posted at Nagar Council Bhawanigarh, have been placed under suspension.

The suspension order, issued by the Director of the Local Government Department, Kulwant Singh, states that Junior Engineer Hargobind Singh has been suspended with immediate effect after irregularities were found in the construction of a road project.
