A Regina-based company has been ordered to pay $55,000 after a worker was seriously injured while operating a forklift back in September of 2021.
According to the Saskatchewan Ministry of Labour Relations and Workplace Safety, Brandt Industries Canada Ltd. picked up the fine after the company was found guilty of a single violation of the province’s occupational health and safety regulations in Regina Provincial Court.
