The mayor of Bogalusa, who has been indicted and accused of malfeasance in office, will have his arraignment next month.

He was supposed to enter his plea during his arraignment Monday, but his court date was rescheduled to Dec. 1.
Truong is accused of intentionally performing his duties as mayor in an unlawful manner and permitting other employees to do the same, according to the indictment.
This comes after his arrest in connection with a drug and prostitution investigation by the Louisiana State Police back in January.
Six others were arrested in connection with the investigation linked to Truong.
