The New England Patriots bandwagon could reach full capacity after Sunday’s win over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

New England remains tied for first place in the AFC after improving to 8-2 with another road triumph. Defeating the NFC South leaders has many onlookers feeling the Patriots are for real .

Damien Woody is among those backers. The former Pro Bowl offensive lineman, who won two Super Bowls with the Patriots, made a substantial claim about his old team on ESPN’s “Get Up.”

“The road to the Super Bowl in the AFC is going through Foxborough,” Woody said on Monday morning.

Woody’s proclamation didn’t sit well with former New York Jets and Buffalo Bills head coach Rex Ryan and host Mike Greenberg, a diehard Jets fan.

“Oh God,” an exasperated Ryan said twice.
