Vascon Engineers Ltd on Monday reported a 10.7% year-on-year rise in net profit to ₹11.4 crore for the quarter ended September 2025, compared with ₹10.3 crore in the same period last year.

Revenue from operations grew 13% to ₹225.6 crore from ₹200 crore a year ago.

Operating profit also improved modestly, with EBITDA rising 8.8% to ₹16 crore versus ₹15 crore in the previous year.

Operating margins, however, remained largely unchanged at 7.1% compared to 7.3% a year ago.
