WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) — The State of Kansas MOVRS tag system was briefly offline Monday.

Sedgwick County said the system was experiencing an outage and there would be intermittent service at county tag offices.

The county said the outage only affected title work. Those wishing to renew their vehicle tags could still do so.

Within a couple hours, the system was working again, the county said on Facebook.

The MOVRS system has been plagued with problems recently. In October, similar outages led to long lines and frustration.
