New Delhi: Bomb blasts rocked several locations in Bangladesh’s capital, Dhaka, on Monday, November 10. This included a bomb explosion outside the Grameen Bank office of interim government head Mohammad Yunus.
According to police, the blast occurred around 3:30 a.m. in the Mirpur area. The explosion was so powerful that it was heard in the surrounding area, but no injuries were reported.
Security increased; police launch investigation
Security has been increased in the area following the blast, and police have launched an investigation. Officials said unidentified individuals arrived on motorcycles and threw crude bombs. No arrests have been made yet.
