Tempe Mayor Corey Woods will present State of the City Address on Dec. 2 at the Tempe Chamber of Commerce at 7:30 a.m. Tickets for the event are available at tempechamber.com, or the speech will be broadcast at tempe.gov/Woods beginning Dec. 9.

Two Public Forums held in December:

Tempe will hold two free public forums to let citizens hear from Council Candidates leading up to the March 10 election.

The Tempe Chamber of Commerce will host its forum at 6 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 18. The Arizona Republic, the state’s largest news outlet, will sponsor a forum at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 14, 2026. Reporter Taylor Seely, The Republic’s First Amendment fellow, will serve as moderator
