Nicole Kidman has joined Osgood Perkins' upcoming horror film 'The Young People'.

Lola Tung and Nico Parker lead the ensemble, which also includes Brendan Hines, Cush Jumbo, Heather Graham, Johnny Knoxville, Lexi Minetree, Lily Collias, and Tatiana Maslany.

Plot details are under wraps although it has been reported elsewhere that it centers a couple of school friends (Tung and Parker), one of whom starts to develop disturbing behavior. The film is also speculated to deal with cosmic/Lovecraftian horror due to Perkins sharing a script page with "The Old Ones" being mentioned (the "Great Old Ones" being figures in H.P. Lovecraft's body of work).
