LIVINGSTON PARISH, La. (WAFB) - A pet rescue is urgently asking for help after recently taking in nearly 60 puppies, right before the holidays.
According to Rescue Rehome Repeat of South Louisiana, the non-profit needs $5,000 by Friday, Nov. 10, to continue operations into the holidays.
To achieve this, the non-profit is urgently fundraising on its website .
“We beg you…The animals beg you…Please help us help them,“ wrote rescue officials in a Facebook post.
In the past 14 days, Rescue Rehome Repeat reportedly received 58 puppies.
Officials with the rescue stated that this many dogs will cost them over $15,000, which has all but drained their account.
