WESTLAKE, Ohio – Two new members will be joining City Council next year with the Nov. 4 election of new councilmen in Wards 3 and 4 and the re-election of an incumbent councilman over his challenger in the Ward 1.
Dave Del Regno, general manager of a Cleveland-area flooring company and a former member of the Westlake Planning Commission and the Board of Building and Zoning Appeals, won the Ward 3 seat by garnering 62 percent of the votes over challenger Michael A. Pasadyn Jr.
