Five years after his Dancing with the Stars firing, Tom Bergeron is still tango-ed up in his feelings.

To put it frankly, the 2020 dismissal "pissed me off ," the former host told The Hollywood Reporter in an interview published Nov. 10. "I'll be honest with you. I did not like the showrunner. He knew that. I didn't like being lied to, and he did that. So when he got fired, I think when Twitter was still a thing, I posted, 'Karma is a b--ch.'"

But now that the ABC series' original showrunner Conrad Green — who left after season 27 only to return for season 31—is back, Tom is finally ready to quickstep his way into the ballroom for the show's 20th anniversary episode Nov. 11.
