To honor area veterans, TARTA will debut a new bus wrap on Veterans Day.

The red, white, and blue star-spangled bus wrap calls attention to the heroism, service, and sacrifice of area veterans, the Toledo Area Regional Transit Authority says. The wrapped bus will be on different routes starting Tuesday.

As a reminder, all veterans and active-duty military are eligible for a reduced fare program, which permanently cuts the cost of a ride on any fixed-route TARTA vehicle to 75 cents from $1.50.
